Student of Video Game Design

I have two years of programming and coding experience, primarily using HTML, CSS, C++, and C#. I have been learning video game design with Unity for about 1.5 years working my way through various tutorials online and building video games on my own or with a team at a Hackathon. I am looking for freelance opportunities to build video games and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences. Since I am still a student, I am looking for experiences to continue to build my video game portfolio. I have a background in Social Work and Education and also interested in exploring video games for social good, as well as puzzle games, and games that incorporate learning components for adults and youth.

Sport Ninja

Use your Mouse or track pad to click sports balls that are shooting up on the screen. Not at all related to to that other ninja game ;) Left click destroys objects. Sports balls have a point value of between 5-15 points and skulls have a -10 value. There is also three different difficulty modes. I made this game in Unity's Create With Code course using prefab objects made by Synty Labs. Thanks for checking it out! ~Jason

Soccer Smash

Use arrows or (W, A, S, D) to maneuver your soccer ball to try to hit the enemy soccer balls into their goal. Use space bar to get an extra boost and get the power ups to move faster. Created with Unity' Create with Code Course.

Marble Attack

Created with the Create with Code Course, control your marble with the W,A,S,D controllers or the arrows to hit the power ups and dodge the enemy marbles. Epic sounding right? Left and Right (or A and D) spin the camera angle around. I did not design this game, but wrote the scripting programming using prefab objects made by Synty Studios.

City Hustle

Video game demo that I built as part of Unity's Create with Code Course, using Prefab objects from Synty labs. Player runs across the screen and has to jump over city objects. Press space bar to jump and try not to hit one :)
