House of Secrets
Created for the October 2020 Unity Create with Code Game Jam... except that I had to work during most of the period of the game jam and only ended up having about eight hours to work on the game. Dagnabbit. So... yeah; you can consider this just a very rough proof of concept; the controls work, and it's functional, but there's... not much to it. I'll continue working on it, though, and I'll post updates to my blog, kamawale.net

Bricking Point
This is absolutely not what I intended to submit to the GameJam showcase. I had been working on a LEGO RPG, I had it all wrapped up and ready to go just by the Game Jam deadline, and... I couldn't upload it. I got a server error. And for some reason I couldn't upload it to the GameJam site directly either. So I panicked and selected to enter this game that I haven't worked on for several weeks instead. Dang it. If you want to see what I tried to upload, it's at kamawale.net/MonstersAndMinifigs, though... it's an enormous file, which is probably why I couldn't upload it. Not sure how well it's going to play as a WebGL game anyway, to be honest. Still... I'm kind of frustrated at having put in all that work on my game and not being able to enter it in the GameJam. Oh well. Oh, dang. I'm such an idiot. I just realized this isn't even the game I worked on recently. This is the one I did months ago when I was first trying out the LEGO Microgame. Oops. Dang. I am dumb.

On A Roll
I added a timer so the player can race the clock, as well as particle effects, sounds, and a few other surprises. I probably would have added more, but I'm also doing the Create with Code Summer course, and wanted to focus on my personal project for that... still, if I have time I may add a bit more to this game before the last session tomorrow morning. (I started a game development blog about my Unity learning process and the games I'm making with it; it's at http://www.kamawale.net .)

Run and Float
NOTE: THIS VERSION OF THE GAME HAS A BUG WHEN YOU RESTART THE LEVEL. PLAY THE FIXED VERSION HERE: https://connect.unity.com/mg/other/run-and-float-1 (I would have just replaced this version of the game with the fixed version, but I couldn't find a way to do that.) Animalimentation
NOTE: This is an old version of the game. See the new version at https://connect.unity.com/mg/other/animalimentation-1 . (I wanted to just update this page and replace the game with the new version, but I couldn't find a way to do that, so I had to upload it to a new page.) Original text: My project for Week 2 of Create with Code Live, including all the bonus features, as well as a mini-map so you can see the animals coming from a greater distance. The mini-map could use some refinements to make the animals easier to see, though, and there are a few other things I want to add or change, so I'll probably keep tinkering with it a bit more over the next day or two.

By Land and by Air
Travel through a five-part course by car and by plane, either by yourself or racing an opponent. I combined all the Prototype 1 bonus features and the plane challenge into one game and added some other features like a game over screen and the ability to select one or two players. Honestly, I probably got a little carried away and probably spent way too much time on this, but I did learn a lot by doing it, and now know how to do several things in Unity I hadn't known before.
