DS4D G15 Assignment 3 - "Alarm Operator" is a data-driven management game that simulates the daily routine of a Blackwood alarm operator, processing alarms and promptly responding to customers' needs. Endeavoring to help people thoroughly enjoy their lives, Blackwood Homes & Care offers high-quality care services, support, and housing for people with disabilities of all ages in Scotland. Given this reality-based game's introduction, the hierarchy selection, and the results scene, "Alarm Operators" encourages the public (target audience) to intuitively perceive the use of multiple alarms by the disabled in each Scottish region at different periods. Ultimately, it intends to promote Blackwoods' services while drawing the public's attention to the demands of the disabled.
