Given this reality-based game's introduction, the hierarchy selection, and the results scene, "Alarm Operators" encourages the public (target audience) to intuitively perceive the use of multiple alarms by the disabled in each Scottish region at different periods. Ultimately, it intends to promote Blackwoods' services while drawing the public's attention to the demands of the disabled.
