Resource Management Simulation
This application focusses on implementing scene flow and data persistence in Unity. You will find examples of data persistence between scenes (eg: transferring player name from the menu to main scene) as well as between sessions (eg: saving high scores and their proud owners from previous sessions). Further, it also explores the 4 pillars of OOP which allow the code to be as optimized and secure as possible without losing any functionality. Controls: - Use WASD/arrow keys to pan the camera around the scene - Left click on a transporter unit/resource pile to bring up an information popup (I have not completed this since the focus was not to make a complete project) - Right click anywhere in the warehouse to move the selected unit to that position - Right click on any resource pile to move the selected unit to the pile

Tile Smasher
This small breakout-style prototype focusses on implementing scene flow and data persistence in Unity. Scene flow is kind of an extension of the UI concepts from prototype 5 – earlier, the UI was all within the same scene but now, we use UI elements to setup transitions between scenes. Additionally in this project, you will find examples of data persistence between scenes (eg: transferring player name from the menu to main scene) as well as between sessions (eg: saving high scores and their proud owners from previous sessions). Controls: - Press space to start the game - Use A and D/arrow keys to move the paddle sideways

Counting Prototype
I added the functionality to move the box and also added a spawner which spawns spheres at random positions every 0.5 seconds. Work through the mayhem of tumbling balls and collect as many as you can! Use WASD/arrow keys to move the box.

Clicky Mouse Prototype
This is my submission for Prototype 5 as part of the Junior Programmer Pathway. I tried my best to design all the bonus features (lives UI, music volume slider, pause screen, click & swipe) myself, but I had to consult the solutions a bit for the expert challenge. This is a fruit ninja type game where your reflexes will be put to the test. You can choose between 3 difficulty levels. Hold down LMB to keep popping all the balls, but be careful of the bombs – bursting one will result in your score dropping and on hard difficulty, it will reduce your lives too.

Arcade-style Sumo Battle Prototype
This is my submission for Prototype 4 as part of the Junior Programmer Pathway. I tried my best to design all the bonus features (harder enemies, homing rocket powerup, smash powerup & boss battle) myself, but I had to consult the solutions a bit for the hard level challenge. Controls: - WASD/arrow keys to move around - Move the camera view with the mouse - Press LMB (left mouse button) to perform a smash attack (provided the smash powerup is active) Info: This is an arcade-style sumo battle game. Waves of enemies spawn endlessly, each tougher than the previous. Your job is to survive as long as possible. Be careful of the boss enemy which spawns every 3 waves! There are 3 kinds of powerups to help you - Knockback (yellow, pushes enemies away on collision), Homing Rockets (blue, shoots attack projectiles in all directions) and Smash (pink, a highly powerful one-time attack that blows away enemies within the explosion radius).

Run n' Jump Prototype
This is my submission for Prototype 3 as part of the Junior Programmer pathway. I tried my best to design all the bonus features (random obstacles, double jump, dash ability & game start animation) myself, but I had to consult the solutions walkthrough for the expert challenge. Controls: - Press space to jump once - Double tap space to perform a double jump - Hold shift for a speed boost (the score also increases at double the rate during a speed boost) - Press R to restart

Prototype 2
This is my submission for Prototype 2 as part of the Junior Programmer pathway. I tried my best to design all the bonus features myself, but I had to consult the solutions walkthrough a bit for the expert challenge. In the 'Challenge' level, animals have different hunger. Bigger animals require more food and increase score by a greater amount (yes, I know moose and stags don't eat meat but this is only a game ;-;). Controls: 1. Play Fetch - press Space/LMB to spawn a dog - press Tab to view the pause menu 2. 'Challenge' Level - WASD/arrow keys to move - press Space/LMB to feed the animals

Box Shooter
This was my final project as part of the Introduction to Game Development course - this is where earlier design concepts along with basic programming come together to produce a simple first-person shooter. The goal is to reach the target score before time runs out.

Roller Madness
This was my second project as part of the Introduction to Game Development course - this is where many theory concepts actually come into action while building out a simple but fully functional game. The goal is to collect as many coins as possible while avoiding enemies or the death zone.

Solar System Simulation
This is a simple solar system simulation - my first project as part of the Introduction to Game Development course. You can click on individual planets in either of the camera views to zoom onto them. Technically it's not a game, but it introduces many important Unity concepts. It ain't much, but it's honest work!

Car Simulator Protoype 1
Controls: - Player 1 - WASD to move - Player 2 - Arrow keys to move - Toggle camera views - Press V Hey there! This is my 1st prototype project of the car simulator which was made as part of Create with Code. It illustrates the basics of programming with various scripts which allow the user to control the player and allow the camera to follow the vehicle. I have incorporated all of the bonus challenges (obstacle pyramids, oncoming vehicles, camera switcher and local multiplayer). Feel free to leave any kind of feedback in the comments :D
